WELCOME TO LIMOAIRPORT24.COM ("WE," "US," OR "OUR"). THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, AND INTERACTIONS WITH OUR PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING OUR SERVICES.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • "COMPANY" REFERS TO LIMOAIRPORT24.COM.

  • "USER" REFERS TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY USING OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

  • "SERVICE" REFERS TO THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, BOOKINGS, AND OTHER FEATURES PROVIDED BY LIMOAIRPORT24.COM.

  • "DRIVER" REFERS TO THE PROFESSIONAL CHAUFFEUR PROVIDING THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO USE OUR SERVICES.

  • BY BOOKING A RIDE, YOU CONFIRM THAT THE PROVIDED INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO MAKE TRANSACTIONS ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR ANOTHER PARTY.

  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT OUR DISCRETION.

3. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

  • MINIMUM BOOKING TIME: USERS MUST BOOK A RIDE AT LEAST 2 HOURS 10 MINUTES IN ADVANCE.

  • BOOKINGS MADE UNDER 2 HOURS 10 MINUTES REQUIRE IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION VIA PHONE CALL.

  • BOOKINGS BETWEEN 1 AM - 4 AM REQUIRE A PHONE CALL CONFIRMATION.

  • ONCE A BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, USERS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR SMS CONFIRMATION WITH TRIP DETAILS.

  • USERS MUST REVIEW THEIR BOOKING DETAILS AND EXTRAS AT CHECKOUT. ANY ERRORS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IMMEDIATELY.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • THE FARE FOR YOUR TRIP IS CALCULATED BASED ON DISTANCE, TIME, VEHICLE TYPE, AND OTHER APPLICABLE FACTORS.

  • PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE; HOWEVER, THE FARE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL BE HONORED.

  • CUSTOMERS MUST PAY VIA THE PROVIDED PAYMENT OPTIONS (CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, AND OTHER SECURE METHODS).

  • WAITING CHARGES APPLY IF A CUSTOMER IS LATE AT $1 PER MINUTE.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • TO CANCEL A RIDE: CONTACT US FOR EASY CANCELLATIONS.

  • CANCELLATION RULES:

    • BEFORE 2 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED RIDE: FULL REFUND.

    • WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED RIDE: ZERO REFUND.

    • IF THE DRIVER ARRIVES AT PICKUP AND THE CUSTOMER DECIDES NOT TO RIDE: ZERO REFUND.

    • NO-SHOW POLICY:

      • IF A CUSTOMER FAILS TO SHOW UP WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE SCHEDULED TIME WITHOUT CONTACTING US, THE RIDE WILL BE CANCELED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

      • FOR AIRPORT PICKUPS, WE WAIT FOR 1 HOUR AFTER FLIGHT LANDING; IF NO CONTACT IS MADE, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

  • REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

6. SERVICE RULES AND PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PASSENGERS MUST BE READY AT THE PICKUP LOCATION AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.

  • NO SMOKING, ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION, OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE.

  • PASSENGERS MUST RESPECT THE DRIVER AND VEHICLE. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

  • SEATBELTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, AND PASSENGERS MUST ADHERE TO LOCAL TRANSPORTATION LAWS.

  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO IS INTOXICATED, DISRUPTIVE, OR POSES A THREAT TO SAFETY.

7. DRIVER AND VEHICLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • OUR DRIVERS ARE PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED AND LICENSED TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE JOURNEY.

  • THE ASSIGNED VEHICLE WILL BE CLEAN, WELL-MAINTAINED, AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS.

  • IF A DRIVER IS DELAYED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL NOTIFY THE PASSENGER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION.

8. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

  • LIMOAIRPORT24.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY TRAFFIC, WEATHER, ROAD CLOSURES, OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN BELONGINGS. PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THEIR PERSONAL ITEMS.

  • IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, OUR INSURANCE POLICY COVERS THE LIABILITY AS PER THE APPLICABLE LAWS.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • WE COLLECT AND STORE PERSONAL DATA NECESSARY FOR BOOKING AND PROVIDING SERVICES. BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU CONSENT TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

  • WE DO NOT SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW OR NECESSARY FOR SERVICE FULFILLMENT.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE DISRUPTIONS DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NATURAL DISASTERS, GOVERNMENT ACTIONS, STRIKES, OR TECHNICAL FAILURES.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, USA.

  • ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH ARBITRATION OR IN COURTS OF THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.

  • CONTINUED USE OF OUR SERVICES AFTER CHANGES INDICATE ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS.
