3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• You must have a valid website, blog, social media account, or another digital platform.

• LimoAirport24.com reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
   

4. Affiliate Registration & Account Setup

• You must create a Stripe account, add all required details, and register yourself for commission payouts.

• Sign up for the affiliate program using the same email as your Stripe account.

• Complete the affiliate registration form with details matching those provided in your Stripe account.

• Upon registering, a popup will appear with a link. Click on the link or copy-paste it into a new tab to complete your registration via Stripe.

• Once successfully registered, you gain access to the Affiliate Dashboard where you can track performance, commissions, and referral details.
   

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates will promote LimoAirport24.com using approved banners, links, and promotional materials.

• No misleading ads, spam, or false claims are allowed.

• Affiliates may not bid on LimoAirport24.com-branded keywords for paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads).

• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your promotions.
   

6. Affiliate Dashboard & Referral Link

• Access your Affiliate Dashboard from the top menu after login.

• View details such as total clicks, commissions earned, pending commissions, and payment status.

• To find your referral link, go to the Affiliate Dashboard, click on the Share Link button, and copy the provided link.

• To create a QR code, use the Wix QR code generator linked in the dashboard. This QR code can be added to posters, websites, or social media for promotion.
   

7. Commission & Payouts

• Commission Rate: 10% per successful booking made through your referral link.

• Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid after 7 days of a successful booking.

• Payment Method: Stripe (Ensure your Stripe account is set up correctly to receive payments).

• Minimum Payout Threshold: $50.

• If a referred customer cancels or receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted.
   

8. Special Conditions

• Affiliates can book services through their own referral link to earn commissions.

• Customers can also join as Affiliates and promote LimoAirport24.com for additional earnings.

• Tip Option: Customers may leave tips, but these are separate from affiliate commissions.
   

9. Restricted Activities Affiliates MAY NOT:

• Use deceptive marketing tactics.

• Engage in fraudulent activities, including self-referrals.

• Promote LimoAirport24.com on illegal or unethical websites.

• Claim to be an official representative of LimoAirport24.com.
   

10. Termination & Modifications

• LimoAirport24.com reserves the right to terminate any affiliate at any time for violating these terms.

• We may modify commission rates, terms, or policies at any time with prior notice.
   

11. Limitation of Liability LimoAirport24.com is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the affiliate’s participation in the program.

12. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

13. Agreement Acceptance By signing up for the LimoAirport24.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
