The LimoAirport24.com Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring customers to LimoAirport24.com through a unique affiliate link. By joining this program, affiliates agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the LimoAirport24.com Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or another digital platform.

• Use ethical marketing strategies and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Be approved by LimoAirport24.com. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application at our discretion.

• Create a Stripe account and register with accurate details. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

• Sign up using the same email registered in your Stripe account.

3. Affiliate Account & Dashboard Access

• After successful registration, affiliates will receive access to their personal dashboard.

• The dashboard provides access to:

  • Unique affiliate links.

  • Affiliate QR code generator for promotion.

  • Performance tracking (link clicks, total commissions, pending commissions).

  • Commission payment status.

• To generate an affiliate link:

  • Navigate to the affiliate dashboard.

  • Click the "Share Link" button.

  • Copy the generated link and share it anywhere for referrals.

• To create a QR code:

  • Use the Wix QR code generator link provided in the dashboard.

  • Generate a QR code for your unique referral link and use it in posters, websites, or social media.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on each successful booking made through their unique referral link.

• Commissions are calculated based on the total booking amount before taxes and fees.

• If a referred customer cancels their booking or receives a refund, the commission for that booking will be voided.

• Affiliates can book through their own link to earn commissions.

• Customers can also sign up as affiliates and start earning commissions.

• Tips from customers are not included in the affiliate commission.

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid after 7 days via Stripe.

• The minimum payout threshold is $50. If the commission amount is below the threshold, it will roll over to the next payment cycle.

• Affiliates must ensure their payment details are accurate. LimoAirport24.com is not responsible for lost payments due to incorrect details.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates MAY NOT:

• Engage in self-referrals or fraudulent activities.

• Use spam or deceptive marketing tactics.

• Misrepresent LimoAirport24.com services or make false claims.

• Use paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to bid on LimoAirport24.com branded keywords.

• Promote LimoAirport24.com on illegal or unethical websites.

• Impersonate an official representative of LimoAirport24.com.

7. Tracking & Reporting

• Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral link for tracking bookings.

• Affiliates can monitor their commissions and performance via the affiliate dashboard.

• LimoAirport24.com is not responsible for tracking failures due to technical errors beyond our control.

8. Termination & Modifications

• LimoAirport24.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account if fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activities are detected.

• Affiliates who violate this policy will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

• LimoAirport24.com may modify commission rates, terms, or policies at any time, with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

LimoAirport24.com is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of earnings due to tracking issues, cancellations, or policy changes.

• Technical errors, including website downtime affecting referral tracking.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes arising under this program will be resolved in Illinois courts.

11. Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the LimoAirport24.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
